1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Betting 99 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Betting 99 platform at betting99.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Betting 99 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Betting 99 recommends you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration and Verification

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Betting 99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees and no hidden charges applied by the platform on deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.

5 Withdrawals

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Betting 99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the Betting 99 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

8 Live Casino Rules

Where an account is suspended for investigation, Betting 99 will aim to communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder and provide an estimated resolution timeframe. 11 Responsible Gaming

13 Privacy and Data Protection

14 Limitation of Liability
